We are hereby enclosing the Tour Plan Cost and the Terms & Conditions for your kind reference.  Please give it a thorough reading to avoid any sort of confusion in the future.  This will help you experience a smooth, hassle-free travel.

Booking: Your contract will be with Travel Thrills. A contract will come into existence between you and Travel Thrills, when we have confirmed your tour / hotel booking / or any other travel related services of your choice and we have received your booking request and deposits. All correspondence/s regarding the Travel Service bookings should be addressed to M/s Travel Thrills.

The Hotel/Resort/Houseboat confirmed will be as per our packages or an alternative hotel or similar category of properties.
3. Rate mentioned in Tour Packages are subject to availability in the listed properties.
The tour cost will be amended accordingly, subject to any increase in fuel cost, government taxes.
Reservation Policy:  Confirmation of travel package is subject to the remittance of 100% of the preferred total tour cost so as to protect all arrangements on definite arrival basis.
Mode of payment:  Cash deposit, Cash Transfer or Electronic Fund Transfer to the following bank account, and mail us a copy of the deposit slip and the UTR No.

7. All the prices are for Indian Nationals only, unless specified.
8. Check-in time is 12.00 hours and check-out time is 09.30 hrs.
9. A/C timings will be from 2100 Hrs. – 0600 Hrs. in the Houseboat.
Early arrival is subject to availability. For a guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the night before. Late check-outs are available on request, but is subject to availability / payment.  A request can always be made for an early check-in or a late checkout if required.  However we do not guarantee it, since it is entirely dependent on the Hotel/ Resort/Houseboat policies, time of the year and the availability of the room.
No verbal instructions other than written instructions by email will be accepted. Representatives of the clients will not be entertained. 
In an unlikely event, if the Hotel/Resort/Houseboat is unable to accommodate you despite a guaranteed reservation for you, an alternate accommodation and transport will be arranged by the concerned Hotel/Resort/Houseboat at their own cost.
In an unlikely event like political strikes, bandh, natural calamities, etc., the company, Travel Thrills shall not hold any commitment, until and unless the Hotel/Resort/ Houseboat Transport agency is ready to compensate.
As per the latest Government of India directives, all clients are requested to carry a valid photo identity card (Passport, Voter’s ID, Driving license, Pan Card, Armed Forces ID, etc.) for all Indian Nationals.  For foreign nationals and NRIs it is mandatory to carry their passport and a valid visa or PIO (Person of Indian Origin) card.  Relevant documents / copies have to be produced at the time of check-in.
Tour once commenced will strictly adhere to the finalized itinerary. In case of unforeseen events and circumstances well beyond our control, we reserve the right to change all or parts of the itinerary for the safety and wellbeing of our esteemed clients.
Travel Thrills acts only in the capacity of an agent for the Hotel/Resort/Houseboat and Transporters.  Services and Vouchers  issued by us are issued subject to the terms & conditions under which these services are provided by them.
Our rates are calculated on the basis of the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the Hotel/ Resort/Houseboat, etc. Hotel/ Resort/Houseboat retain the right to modify the rates without any prior notice. In case of such changes, the rates quoted before the modification can be changed by us keeping in line with the modifications done by Hotel/ Resort / Houseboat.
We do not have any insurance policy in our package cost  to cover the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons.
All luggage & personal property/s are at the client's risk at all times.  The company shall not be liable for the loss/damage of the same.
We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting - directly or indirectly - from any act of nature, fire, epidemics, accident; breakdown in machinery or equipment; break of transport strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, medical or custom department regulations, or any other causes well beyond our control.
Cancellation & Refund Policy of Hotel/Resort/Houseboat/Transport Agency:   In case of cancellation of tour due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s whatsoever, we must be intimated in writing through email at our office address on working days within office time. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date of receipt of your letter. The cancellation charges are appended herewith:-
45 days’ Advance Notice           : Full Refund    APPLICABLE
25 days’ to 44 days’ Advance Notice                           : 50% Refund   ONLY IN
Less than 25 days’ Advance Notice : No Refund   OFF SEASON    &
No Shows or No Cancellation of a guaranteed reservation  : No Refund SEASON TIMES
High/Peak Season  (20 December to 15 January & Festival Seasons )  : No Refund for bookings irrespective of when the   booking is cancelled

For the unused hotel accommodation, transportation and missed meals, etc., we do not bear any responsibility and liability for refund.

With regards to the refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of the cancellation policy as mentioned above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us.

Refund on cancellation and cancellation charges strictly depends upon the concerned Hotel/Resort/Houseboat’s cancellation policy.   Please note that the refund process may take approximately 2 - 4 weeks to complete, due to banking procedures involved. If the refund is made to the Bank account, the bank charges would be deducted from the refund amount.
22 Child Policy: 
Child below age of 5 years is totally complimentary when sharing the room with adults.
(ii) Child between the age of 5 to 12 years will be charged 50% of the Extra person charges and the meal rates.
(iii) All children above the age of 12 years will be treated as adults.
